Some of us can't do that, because we might be born to be worthless wastes of space, like me. Thirty-something with nothing to prove.

Having said that, this track more or less proves to me that you're still on a roll.

Battle for the Fields.

I wonder...has anyone else done remixes from RNH on here, or are you the only one who has dared to so far?

Aside from extreme volume, this is a very nice remix to hear.

Somaru responds:

Naw, I looked. The game is too obscure for anyone to give a flying fornication. It's fun, but it's tough.
Yeah, the volume is crap. Early attempt at remixing.

What...what game is this from? I don't even know, but it's grabbed my attention.

Somaru responds:

This is from Touhou. I forgot which one off the top of my head.

This one sounds better than your other VP arrange from the start already. And it stays consistent throughout.

The habit from the first VP arrange is back, though. Cutoff right at the first few seconds of the main loop. Try giving it at least one loop and then a fadeout for 10-15 seconds if you're not going to go for a loop track.

Percussion that was in the original is missing, I notice.

I know there's percussion in your arrangement, but this one sounds a little less powerful than the original, and there wasn't much reason to cut it off at under 2 minutes, even when you had TECHNICALLY started the main loop over again.

The cymbals have been toned down to a point where it's much clearer than the original. That's actually a good thing, because it lets the rest of the instruments through.

It sounds as good as the original track mastered from, just with some slightly different instruments.

Your cutoff could easily be worked into a loop. I can hear exactly where, too, since I've listened the original to death....

Somaru responds:

That was the plan. It also cuts down on bleeding ears. Can't overwork Obamacare, now can we?

Dare I say it...

The cacophony that this possesses gives it greater strength than the original! <3

Somaru responds:

Like I've said in all my responses so far, I could do a heluva lot better now.

It kind of drowns itself out, but at least there's one thing that some remixes that I've listened to lack.

Amplitude. True, it's probably got a little too much of it, but this was done rather well otherwise. I don't see why it was voted so poorly.

Somaru responds:

Yeah, this was an early attempt and I find that it kind of sucks, myself, now that I look back on it. When I get the time to do another version, it'll be on here.

You've surprised me. You did remixes of almost all of the PS4 battle themes.

Somaru responds:

Yeah, I went for the ones that actually had good tunes. The other two are kind of cacophonous messes in the actual game, and I don't have the technical know-how to save them. lol.
And why not? PS4 was awesome!

YES! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAAHAH AHAHAAHAHAHAHAAHAHAH!!!!!!!!1!!!!!!

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF FFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUU---------CK YES!!!!

THIS IS THE LAUGHTER REMIX I WAS TRULY WAITING FOR!!!!

Somaru responds:

So, I do good?

Some say the internet makes you stupid. I say the internet only makes the stupid that much moreso.
